Olivia Volponi

Olivia Volponi is a nutrition graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition and a minor in Sustainability from San Diego State University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and a Dietetic Internship in a dual program at San Francisco State University. With a strong passion for promoting health through natural, minimally processed foods, Olivia is committed to inspiring individuals to build lasting, nourishing habits grounded in simplicity and sustainability. She has studied the Mediterranean diet abroad and has experience in clinical nutrition, food system sustainability, and nutrition communications.

Olivia’s dedication to public health and nutrition education has shaped her desire to work with initiatives like the Non-UPF Program. Through her role as Social Media Lead, she hopes to help others reduce their reliance on ultra-processed foods, reconnect with wholesome, real foods, and make informed choices that support long-term health and well-being.
