With over 35 years in the food manufacturing industry, Abizer Khairullah has held C-suite leadership roles spanning business development, product innovation, engineering, and operational optimization. A recognized food industry expert, he has advanced product quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple categories in leadership positions with McCormick & Co., Conagra Foods, and Jamba Juice.

An entrepreneurial leader, Abizer has successfully commercialized startups and driven innovation across fresh, frozen, aseptic, refrigerated, dehydrated, and shelf-stable food systems. His expertise includes fruits, vegetables, proteins, fresh produce, spices, packaged foods, and snacks. Passionate about improving processed foods and creating healthier options, he applies a science-based approach to product reformulation, quality improvement, and food system innovation.

Currently, he operates Four Corner Foods LLC, providing commercialization solutions for food and beverage brands. His firm specializes in new product development, process optimization, cost reduction, and the enhancement of quality assurance and food safety programs. Clients include top produce, snack, and spice companies such as Dole, Frito Lay, McCormick, SunOpta, Hershey’s, Premier Nutrition, and Organic Girl.

Experienced with overseas sourcing programs and their effect on quality and food safety throughout the supply chain, Abizer brings a global perspective to every stage of production.

He holds an M.S. in Food Engineering from the University of California, Davis, is an IFT Certified Food Scientist, and holds four patents in food innovation.
