Lauree Bradley, MS, RDN

Lauree Bradley, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of Live Food Nutrition, LLC, a consulting firm with two distinct branches. One branch specializes in food labeling compliance and regulatory research, partnering with food manufacturers and distributors to ensure packaging meets federal standards. The other focuses on teaching Wellness and Movement Science, including Pilates and Yoga, for which Lauree is a certified instructor in both disciplines. She is deeply passionate about the transformative value of movement in daily life.

With over 20 years of experience in the grocery retail industry, Lauree served as Director of Nutrition at Trader Joe’s for 17 years. In this role, she provided regulatory guidance to suppliers and conducted thorough private label reviews—including nutrition facts, ingredient lists, and allergen statements. Her key accomplishments included:

  • Launching a chain-wide private label organic program

  • Researching and implementing the non-GMO validation program in partnership with the Quality Assurance Department

Previously, Lauree also led the Dietitian Headquarters Program for Vons and Pavilions, where she conducted in-store tours, answered the 1-800-Nutrition Hotline, and developed recipes using featured products. Her efforts in this role helped boost customer loyalty and sales.

Lauree’s love for food began in childhood—whether peeling carrots or chopping apples alongside her mom or grandma, she was always the most adventurous eater in the family. Over time, she noticed that ultra-processed foods left her feeling sluggish and less able to enjoy the activities she loved. This observation led her to appreciate the wisdom behind the saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Today, she continues to evolve her food choices, always mindful of their impact on her health and those around her.

Lauree is passionate about exploring and preparing cultural foods and values the joy of sharing meals with friends and family. As an advisor to the Non-UPF Program, she is committed to helping people more easily identify wholesome, minimally processed foods that nourish and sustain themselves and their loved ones.
